Return Process

    Before initiating a return, please ensure your device is carrier-unlocked and supports the specific eSIM or physical SIM frequency bands for your destination.

    If you experience technical issues, contact our 24/7 support team via WhatsApp or email with your order number and screenshots of your network settings.

    Submit Return Request

    Once our team confirms the technical fault, you will be provided with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) for physical cards or a digital cancellation for eSIMs.

    Receive Refund

    Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, excluding any initial shipping fees for physical SIM products.
